Realty Income is a real estate company, which engages in generating dependable monthly cash dividends from a consistent and predictable level of cash flow from operations.
$0 current price is $68 per share
$0 pays a monthly dividend with a div/yield of 4.35
$0 pays out $2.91 per share per year
$0 has been increasing their dividend for 18 years dating back to 2005
$0 5 yr chart is looking solid with a 30% increase equating to $16 in growth on top of the dividend payout.
2. Stag Industrial - $STAG - $36 per share

STAG industrial is a real estate investment trust, which focuses on the acquisition, ownership and operation of single-tenant industrial properties throughout the US.
$STAG current price is $36 per share
$STAG pays a monthly dividend with a div/yield of 4.08
$STAG pays out $1.31 per share per year
$STAG has been increasing their dividend payout since 2013
$STAG 5 yr chart is up 40% equating to a $10 increase on top of the dividend payout

These are the 5 stocks that I am actively buying on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. All of these stocks have shown positive growth over the past few years and have a solid dividend on top of that.
